CHRYSLER VF Valiant Regal

Released March 1969

Carrying on with the successful VE, Chrysler gave the new model a more aggressive and purposeful front end, as well as revising the entire t6ail assembly. The seemingly minor facelift was enough to earn the VF the reputation of one of the most stylish Valiants ever made.

CHRYSLER VG Valiant Regal

Released August 1970

It wasn’t the minor facelift that had the punters talking back in 1970 when the VG was released. It was the all new, locally-built Hemi 245 – the most powerful six cylinder then in production for any Australian car. As per previous Chrysler production, the Regal was Chrysler’s answer to the ‘Fairlane’ or the ‘Premier’.
